1 DAY IN PERSON BODY SCULPTING COURSE

Our in-person training runs from 9:30am – approximately 4:30pm.

The day is structured to give you both clarity and hands-on confidence.

Morning (Theory + Strategy)

• Body sculpting foundations

• Technology deep dive (cavitation, RF, vacuum)

• Contraindications + client safety

• My signature Map + Stack Method

• Treatment structure + flow

• How to create consistent, visible results

Afternoon (Demonstration + Practical)

• Live demonstrations

• Guided hands-on model practice

• Correct positioning + machine settings

• Stacking in real time

• Real-time feedback and correction

We finish the day with:

• Open Q&A

• Confidence checks

• Certificate presentation

This is a full, focused immersion day - designed to ensure you leave confident, not confused.

During your in-person training, you will be trained in the core body sculpting technologies and how to structure them into professional treatment services.

You will learn:

Ultrasound Fat Cavitation

For targeted fat reduction and body contouring.

Radio Frequency (RF) – Face & Body

For skin tightening, collagen stimulation and firmness.

Vacuum Therapy

For cellulite reduction, lymphatic drainage and contour enhancement.

Non-Surgical Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)

Using vacuum therapy techniques to enhance volume and lift (cosmetic, non-invasive approach).

RF Facial Treatments

Including tightening and sculpting protocols for:

• Face

• Neck

• Chin

• Jawline

You’ll learn how to perform each technology safely and correctly, and how to strategically combine them using our signature Map + Stack method for stronger, more consistent client results.

This training equips you to confidently offer a professional body contouring and tightening treatment menu within your own clinic.
